With a strong commitment to food sovereignty, ecological inclusion and community development, Erin is working to dismantle toxic food systems and reconnect people with the land.

As the driving force behind Farm On, and with a colourful farming history that spans over 10 years, Erin brings a unique perspective to the field. With hands in the soil and heart in her community, she is on a mission to make cities greener, food systems fairer, and connections to nature stronger.
